Sponsors are Primera Iglesia Bautista and Second Baptist Church of Rosenberg. The location is 503 4^th St in Rosenberg. Food will be dispensed at 10:00 Am. Pastors Marcelino Gonzales Jr. of Primera Iglesia Bautista, and Paul H. Lewis, of Second Baptist Rosenberg welcome you to come by for supplies.

 

Small Church. Big Heart

 We are a small church with a big heart. 

We are the church where everybody is somebody. 

We’re family.

We share space with the Primera Baptista Iglesia, and once a month, both churches eat together. Second Baptist offers English services, and Primera Baptist Iglesia offers Spanish services.

We don’t dress fancy. We laugh a lot. Sometimes we cry. We aren’t afraid to express our feelings and opinions. We make it a point to pray for each other and help with needs. We’re a support group. 

We’d love you to connect with our family. Bring your pain and heartbreak to us. We’ll welcome you and offer no judgments. We’ll merely appreciate you and offer understanding. We use our talents and resources to bring help to the hurting.

Our Mission:

We grow our relationship with the Lord and each other through worship, work, and fellowship.

Worship times are as follows:

Sunday Worship:     9:30 a.m.

Sunday Morning Bible Study:  10:45 a.m.

Fellowship:   Often

Potluck Lunch once a month.

Communion: Quarterly

Second Baptist Church Rosenberg

Guest Preaching at First Baptist Alief

Paul had the honor of pastoring the First Baptist Church of Alief for ten years. This church recently celebrated 70 years of ministry, and they invited ministers to participate in the celebration.

Paul enjoyed standing behind the pulpit once more. This podium and Lord's Supper Table is one he designed.  He had it made for his height, and most preachers find it a good size. If a preacher is 6'8", he wouldn't.  

During the ten years at Alief, the church averaged 60 baptisms a year. Acreage and buildings were added.

We enjoyed remembering and celebrating at this dear church.
